Create and maintain your account with appropriate role/permissions

Process one-time payments for profile activation
Display your public profile in our directory (Creators only)
Enable messaging between Clients and Creators
Enforce rate limits and prevent spam on messaging

Enforce messaging rate limits (1 per day per Creator, 5 per day maximum)

Improve platform safety and user experience

Contact details (email, phone, social handles) are only shared in message conversations if you have enabled this option in your profile settings.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Messages are retained as part of your account history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

SongSearchers is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete such information promptly.
